Shipping Policy


Zomi Gems ships exclusively within the 50 United States from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. We offer shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Processing Time:
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before being handed off to the carrier. This includes expedited shipping options. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
